PPS/PBT共混体系的研究

摘    要:在Brabender混合仪中,用熔融混合法制备结晶/结晶共混体系PBT/PPS。采用DSC、WAXD和SEM对共混物的结晶,熔融,相容性和形态进行了研究。结果表明,PBT/PPS共混物是不相容的,各自自己的微区内进行结晶。PBT加入可使窝本粘度明显上升。

Abstract:Crystalline/crystalline blends of poly(phenylene sulfide) and poly(1,4 butylene terephthalate) were prepared by means of melting compounding in a Brabender plasticorder mixer. The crystallization and melting behavior of blends were investigated by DSC and WAXD. The morphology of the blends were also observed by scanningelectron microscope. It was found that PPS/PBT blends were not compatible and they crystallizate and melt in the microphase of themselves. It was also shown that addition of PBT in PPS resulted in marked increasing of melt viscosity.
