| Abstract: | New testing method of the strength of cement makes the Bowromi Equation unapplicable which previously was used in determining the ratio of cement concrete. In this paper, based on the statistical material of testing on building material, and through regression analysis, the Bowromi Formula is established which is applicable in the area of Tianjin. |
