板蓝根多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:从板蓝根中提取多糖,并用苯酚-硫酸测定其含量。方法:运用正交设计选取微波法和超声法的最佳工艺条件,用均匀设计选取渗漉法的最佳工艺条件,比较三种方法在最佳工艺条件下的得率。结果:超声法、微波法、渗漉法提取板蓝根多糖的得率分别为5.72%、6.24%、4、42%。微波法和超声法适合于板蓝根多糖的提取。

Abstract:To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide in indigowoadroot, and the use of phenol - sulphuric acid test of its content.Design of microwave method and ultrasonic method base on orthogonal ,and selecting the best processes of percolation method through uniform design, then compare with the amount of polysaccharide. Ultrasonic method, microwave method and percolation method extracted polysaccharide at a rate of 5.72 %,6.24 %,4.42 % respectively. Microwave and Ultrasonic suited to the extract polysaccharide of indigowoadroot.
