Ln1-xSrxCoO3-y纳米晶厚膜型气敏传感器的研究

摘    要::研究了纳米晶Ln1-xSrxCoO3-y(Ln=La,Gd,x=0.5)的气敏特性,结果表明:纳米晶La05Sr05CoO3-y厚膜型气敏元件对乙醇具有较高的灵敏度和选择性,并具有加热功率和工作温度低等特点。

Abstract:The gas sensing properties of nanocrystalline Ln 1-x Sr xCoO 3-y (Ln=La,Gd,x=0.5) had been studied.The results show that the thick film gas sensors of nanocrystalline La 0.5 Sr 0.5 CoO 3-y had high sensitivity and good selectivity to alcohol,as well as,low heating powder and working temperature.
