摘    要:
结合汤原生物质电厂1号锅炉燃烧调整试验,介绍了正交试验法在振动炉排秸秆锅炉燃烧调整中的应用。对试验因素的选取、因素水平的确定、正交表的选择做了详细说明,在数据处理和误差分析方面采用极差和方差分析方法,2种方法形成互补更能找到锅炉运行的最佳运行工况。振动炉排秸秆锅炉的效率主要受到氧量、一二次风配比、炉排振动时间等参数的影响。

Abstract:
Combined with the combustion adjustment test of No.1 boiler in Tangyuan biomass power plant,the application of orthogonal test method in combustion adjustment for vibrating stoker straw boiler has been introduced.The selection of test factors,the determination of factor level and the selection of orthogonal sheet have been described in detail.Range analysis and variance analysis have been chosen for data process and error analysis.The mutual complement of the two methods benefits the determination of the best running condition of boiler.The efficiency of vibrating stoker straw boiler is mainly affected by the parameters including oxygen content,portion of the primary and secondary air and stoker vibration time etc.
