双横臂扭杆独立悬架有限元分析与结构优化

摘    要:基于双横臂扭杆独立悬架的实体建模之上建立了其有限元模型,对各零部件之间的连接关系进行了模拟,并在此基础上进行了静态强度特性分析,得到了引起车架纵梁产生开裂原因的结果。对双横臂扭杆独立悬架进行了结构优化,结果表明优化后的结构克服了车架纵梁开裂的问题并得到了应用,对工程有一定的实用价值。
