| 摘 要： | 由于11300 MW等级超超临界锅炉的启动分离器结构特殊且材料等级高,偏心斜插管的定位、装配及高等级材料的焊接是质量控制的难点,介绍了启动分离器制造中,能有效提高原材料、焊接、装配、热处理等关键工序新的质量控制技术,并详细阐述了新的检测技术在启动分离器装配中的应用.
