| 摘 要： | 还原染料以其各项牢度全面超群的优势,在各类染料中仍居首选地位。但棉纱线还原染料的染色,受多种因素的影响,匀染正品率不易提高,给国内外染色界带来不少烦恼。文章从棉纱线的前处理工艺、染色用水及染色操作、染料本身的配伍性及隐色体电位等角度,分析了棉纱线还原染料染色疵病产生的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Vat dyes remain the first choice for dyers thanks to their superior fastness to various conditions. However, when dyeing cotton yarn with vat dyes, it is hard to improve the percentage of level-dyed and acceptable product due to various factors. It is still a troublesome problem for dyers at home and abroad. By probing into the pretreatment process of cotton yarn, dyeing water and dyeing operation as well as the compatibility and leuco potential of dyes, the article analyzes the causes of dyeing defects in dyeing cotton yarn with vat dyes and offers relevant solutions. |
