摘    要:简述了再加热炉悬壁辊使用的现状及失效形式,对其粘钢的机理进行了分析;从本体结构和材料两方面着手,设计出一种新型悬壁辊,解决了粘钢问题,而且保持了较长的使用寿命,具有广泛的推广应用价值.

Abstract:The using actual state and failure forms of the cantilever roller in the reheating furnace were explained,and the mechanism of steel-adhesion of the cantilever roller was analyzed in this article.Starting with the noumenal structure and material,a new cantilever roller was designed.It solved not anly the problem of steel-adhesion in practice,but also maintained longer service life.Thus this cantilever roller had the application value for widely popularizing.
