含硫循环水增效缓蚀阻垢处理工艺及应用

摘    要:为减少新鲜水用量和排污量.中国石化九江分公司在循环水硫化物浓度偏高的情况下应用了增效缓蚀阻垢处理工艺。应用结果表明,循环水中硫化物浓度在0.1~1.0mg/L的条件下,采用增效缓蚀阻垢处理工艺可使试验试管腐蚀速率由0.134mm/a降至0.062mm/a,试管黏附速率由10.72mg/(cm^2·月)降至0.140mg/(cm^2·月),缓解了因物料泄漏对设备造成的严重腐蚀。

Abstract:In order to reduce fresh water consumption and discharge capacity,SINOPEC Jiujiang Company applied enhanced corrosion and scale inhibition process to the treatment of circulating water with high sulfide concentration.The results show that when the sulfide concentration in circulating water is 0.1-1.0mg/L, the application of enhanced corrosion and scale inhibition process decreases the corrosion rate of test tube from 0.134mm/a to 0.062mm/a and the adhesion rate of thus alleviating the serious corrosion of equipment test tube from 10.72mg/(cm^2·month) to 0.140mg/(cm^2·month), caused by material leakage.
