水电厂基础自动化的应用和发展

摘    要:水电厂基础自动化是一个综合的、系统的工程,是水电厂能否实现无人值班(少人值守)的关键所在。基础自动化包括自动化元件(装置)和辅机设备自动控制单元,自动化元件(装置)是基础,辅机设备自动控制单元是实现自动控制、保护和通信的平台。将水电厂自动化元件(装置)和辅机设备自动控制单元向智能化发展是水电厂基础自动化发展的要求,并逐步发展成为一个集计算机、控制、通信和网络为一体的综合装置;将水电厂自动化元件(装置)从单件向系统集成发展是水电厂基础自动化创新发展的一种模式和发展趋势。

Abstract:Basic automat ion of hydropower plant is an integrative and systemic project . It is an important stage to perform unattended on duty, or few persons on duty. Basic automation is consisted of automat icelement ( device ) and automat ic control system of auxiliary equipment, while the automatic element ( device) is the foundation. The automatic control system of auxiliary equipment provides a platform for realizing automatic control, protect ion and communications. Intelligentizat ion of basic automatic elementsdevices is the general trend of the development and requirement. It has gradually been developing into integrated systems combining calculation, control, communications and networks. Single element ( device) is to be replaced by integrated systems in the development of basic automat ion in hydropower plants.
