| 摘 要： | 现代项目管理中,项目经理在施工过程中如何确定最佳工期,以使生产经营成本最小,企业获利最大,一直是个十分复杂的问题。而采用传统的边际成本分析方法则十分烦琐,如运用计算机辅助管理决策系统,就可大大节省决策的时间,减少盲目性,提高决策的科学性和可靠性,为企业创造最大的经济效益。
