同场地下不同桩型的选择与承载性能对比分析

摘    要:具体分析了某场地的水文地质条件以及建筑物的要求,从承载力、施工工艺和造价3个方面综合分析预应力管桩和钻孔灌注桩的优缺点,并提出钻孔灌注桩嵌岩深度的施工控制方法,可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:With the development of economy, construct of large-scale buildings has been become mainstream. The diversity of buildings and gurgitation of stratums results in directly complication of foundation forms. So the selection of foundation forms becomes more and more important. Based on geology of field and require of buildings, the prestressed concrete drilled caisson and bored pile have been compared from bearing capability, construct technics and cost. And the embed - rock depth control means of bored pile has been put forward, which could be used for similar engineering.
