| Abstract: | The characteristics and application examples of the UCON A polymer aqueous solution have been introduced .It is pointed out that the difficult problems that a workpiece cannot be hardened by quenching in oil , and will crack in water-quenching , as well as complex thin-wall part and slender rod will produce excessive distortion in quenching can be solved by using UCON A aqueous solution with different concentrations as quenchant and using quenching practice of controlling both time and temperature . |
