| 摘 要： | 鉴于需求预测在企业经营活动中的重要作用及其影响因素的多样性,在对企业实际需求预测的方法、过程、系统、管理等问题进行梳理和分析的基础上,指出通过优化需求预测方法、完善需求预测系统、改进需求预测管理,可有效控制需求预测和未来市场情况的偏差,从而持续提高需求预测的准确性,促进企业生产、销售的良性运行.

| Abstract: | Due to the demand forecast diversity plays an important role in the business activities of enterprises and its influence factors, the paper pointed out that improving demand forecasting system, improving demand forecasting management through optimizing the demand forecasting method could effectively control the deviation of demand forecasting and future market conditions, so as to continuously improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, promote the healthy operation of enterprise production and sales, basing on combing and analyzing the method, process, system, management and so on which were used to predict the actual demand of enterprises. |
