摘    要:
韶钢1号高炉针对炉前开口机钻铁口时钻头易发红和脱落造成铁口漏铁的异常情况,通过反复实践摸索增加了雾化装置.技术改造后效果明显,减少了钻头氧管和钻杆的损耗,降低了炉前工的劳动强度,有效减少了铁口漏铁异常率,促进了高炉的顺行和稳定.

Abstract:
The atomization device was added to the No. 1 blast furnace at SISG after repeating the practice of technology reform, which can prevent abnormal leakage of iron notch caused by the drill bit which is prone to becoming red and losing when the tapping machine is drilling the taphole. The transformation effect is obvious. We have reduced the loss of oxygen pipes and drill bits, the labor intensity, and the abnormal leakage rate of iron notch effectively , and promoted the blast furnace smoothness and stability.
