引风机RB控制策略优化及分析

摘    要:详细分析了导致某330 MW亚临界机组的引风机RB试验失败2个原因,即RB期间调节挡板不动作导致炉膛压力正压过大,以及RB期间给煤量瞬间偏差大切手动信号未及时屏蔽导致燃料主控切突然手动.提出了解决方案,并指出RB试验前应该详细检查逻辑,且完成RB静态试验的必要性.

Abstract:The paper analyzes the cause of RB test failure of induced draft fan for a 330 MW subcritical units,proposes countermeasures,and points out that the logic should be checked before implementing the RB test and RB static test should be completed.
