摘    要:采用工业盐酸分解高镁磷尾矿并制备硫酸镁产品,对酸解条件、酸化条件及浓缩比例进行试验研究。结果表明,工业盐酸与磷尾矿质量比2.25、反应时间20 min、反应温度60℃时,分解率最高;当浓硫酸质量分数98%时,除钙效果更佳;将酸化滤液进行1次浓缩比例0.65、2次浓缩比例0.20,得到七水硫酸镁产品,可达到国家行业标准一等品要求。该工艺可避免环境污染,节约资源,具有潜在的经济价值。

Abstract:The acid hydrolysis conditions,acidification conditions and concentration ratio of the experimental study was done using industrial hydrochloric acid decomposing high magnesium phosphate tailings and preparing magnesium sulfate products.The results showed that,when the feed ratio was 2.25,reaction time was 20 min and reaction temperature was 60 ℃,the decomposition rate was the highest;when there is 98% sulfuric acid,calcium removal effect was better;the acidified filtrate was enriched to ratio of 0.65 for the first time and the second enrichment was ratio of 0.2,gaining seven water magnesium sulfate product,which can reach the national standard requirements for the first grade.This process can avoid environmental pollution,save resources and has potential economic value.
