造纸白泥处理含磷污水的研究

为了防治水体富营养化,关键是控制排放水中的磷含量。造纸白泥是一种水处理多功能基质材料,研究该材料处理含磷污水的效果及主要影响因素,结果表明,造纸白泥对处理含磷污水具有良好的效果。处理含磷质量浓度为30 mg/L的污水,当白泥投加量为8 g/L,溶液初始pH值为2,反应时间1 h时除磷效果最佳,除磷率达90.5%。造纸白泥颗粒细小,比表面积大,具有良好的吸附性能;同时,白泥颗粒在酸性条件下可放出Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Al3+等大量活性离子并可释放碱度与污水中PO_4~(3-)发生表面化学沉淀反应,可实现吸附-沉淀协同作用,除磷效果好,处理成本低,并实现以废治废,是除磷的有效途径。

Study on Treatment of Containing Phosphorus wastewater by Papermaking white Mud

In order to control water eutrophication, the key is to control the phosphorus content in the discharge of water. Papermaking white mud is a kind of multi-functional matrix material for water treatment. In this paper, we studied the effect and the main factors of dealing containing phosphorus waste water by using it.The results showed that papermaking white mud had a good treatment effect on containing phosphorus waste water and if the concentration of containing phosphorus waste water was 30 mg/L, the effect of phosphorus removal would be the best when the dosage was 8 g/L and pH was 2. In this case, the phosphorus removal rate was up to 90.5% when the reaction time was 1 h. Papermaking white mud particles are tiny but with large specific surface area and have a great adsorption performance .At the same time, papermaking white mud can release Ca2+, Mg2+, Al3+and other active ions under acidic conditions and also release alkalinity to have surface chemical precipitation reaction with PO43- in the waste water, which can realize the synergistic effect of adsorption and precipitation. In this way, the effect of removing phosphorus is obvious and the treatment cost is low, which achieves treating waste with waste. Therefore, it is an effective way to remove phosphorus.
