摘    要:根据钟形脉冲函数设计了具有带通特性的滤波器.给出了滤波器的时域数学模型、频域数学模型及离散时域模型,并研究了它的数值积分算法.经频谱分析可知:所设计的滤波器对非周期、低频振荡信号和高次谐波信号具有较强的抑制作用.利用所设计的带通滤波器,研究了电网基波频率的测量方法.仿真结果表明:在电网含有较强的非周期、低频和高频谐波信号的条件下,基于这种滤波技术的测频方法具有较高的频率测量精度.为精确地测量电网基波频率提供了有效的方法.

Abstract:Band pass filter is designed with bell impulse function. The time and frequency domain math model and its discrete time domain model of the filter are presented, and its numerical integral arithmetic is researched. The filter has strong resistibility for non- periodic, low frequency and high-order harmonic signals. Consequently, the approach for the fundamental wave frequency measurement of power network is presented. The simulation results demonstrate that this approach has high accuracy for the frequency measurement, and strong resistibility for non-periodic, low frequency and high-order harmonic signals. The research result .provides an effective approach for the accurate fundamental wave frequency measurement of the power network.
