多通道流动电泳技术

摘    要:多通道流动电泳是一项新型制备电泳技术。电泳过程在5腔室电泳槽中进行,各腔室之间用膜隔开,中间腔室为进样室,其两侧依次为冲洗室和电极室。当蛋白质混合物被连续引入进样室时,带电组分在电场作用下迁移过膜进入其对应的冲洗室,被载流冲出,中性组分则被进样流从进样室出口带出,从而实现分离。多通道流动电泳技术适宜于分离等电点有较大差异的混合物,可广泛应用于各类生物产品如蛋白质、酶、抗体及其它生物技术产品的大规模分离纯化过程。

Abstract:Multi-channel Flow Electrophoresis (MFE) is a new preparation electrophoresis technology. Separation by MEF is carried out in a five-compartmentse electrophoresis tank partitioned by membranes, the central compartment is used for sample loading and its neighboring compartments are used respectively for flushing and electrode in proper order. An alternating electric field is applied perpendicularly to the fluid flow in the compartments. The charged components are transmitted by the electric field from the central compartment into their corresponding flushing compartments and washed out subsequently by carrier flow. The neutral component is carried through the central compartment by the sample flow. MFE has a high potential for the large scale separation and purification of proteins, enzymes, antibodies and other bio-products.
