粘接工艺在转子磁钢固定中的分析与应用

摘    要:为确定小间隙永磁转子磁钢固定方法的可靠性,本文首先根据电机所运行的环境对EP型环氧胶的性能进行了测试与分析,确定了用于本文小间隙磁钢固定粘接胶的型号,然后对粘接工艺的产品进行推力测试,并对比电机试验前后转子动平衡量的变化情况确定了粘接工艺的可靠性,经过多次批量的生产证明,此粘接工艺完全能满足产品的设计要求。

Abstract:In order to determine the reliability of the fixing method of the small gap permanent magnet rotor, this paper first tests and analyzes the performance of EP epoxy adhesive according to the operating environment of the motor, and determines the type of adhesive used for the fixing of the small gap permanent magnet rotor in this paper. Then, the thrust test is carried out on the product of the bonding process, and the change of the rotor dynamic balance before and after the motor test is compared to determine the bonding process The reliability of the process has been proved by many batch production, and the bonding process can fully meet the design requirements of the product.
