| Abstract: | In the article, static stress and distortion of coiler mandrel are analyzed, relationship between coil weight and stress distortion of coiler mandrel is studied, and main reasons which effected mandrel life are also studied by using finite element analysis method. In the analysis foundation, a method of improving the mandrel structure is thus put forward. |
