| 摘 要： | 工作研究是提高企业生产效率的一种重要方法,它包括方法研究和作业测定.文章以某公司A101后灯装配线为研究对象,运用作业测定中的秒表测时法,测定装配线各工序的作业时间,找出其中的瓶颈工序,运用方法研究中的人机作业分析及5W1H提问技术分析产生瓶颈的原因,然后根据ECRS原则和产线平整理论设计了新流水线平整方案,使得产线平衡率提高了11.4％,生产效率得到了极大提升.

| Abstract: | Work study is a kind of important method to improve productivity, it includes method study and work measurement. Aiming at the production line of A 101 rear light at a company, the paper applies to stopwatch test method of work measurement to measure work time of ev- ery station and find out bottle-neck stations, using man-machine work analysis of method study and the 5W1H check-list, the existing prob- lems are analyzed. According to the principles of ECRS and the theory of production line balance, a new project of production line balance is designed. Implementation of this new project makes the rate of production line balance upgrade 11.4%, the productivity is improved immensely. |
