500kV双回换位塔电气模型设计优化的研究

摘    要:目前国内500kV双回换位塔的电气模型存在不利于复合绝缘子防上下伞裙的冰桥短接和防雷性能不足等缺点。通过安装侧针完善跳线防雷设计,改变跳线出口角度改善绝缘子高压端的场强分布,悬垂串和耐张串采用内弧结构的拉线型U形环避免芯棒与端部金具连接的扭伤,跳线串改成八字形或V字形以有效防污闪、雨闪和冰闪,耐张串采用复合绝缘子使双回换位塔完全免清扫。从而500 kV双回换位塔电气模型即可得到优化。

Abstract:Current electric models of phase-change towers used in 500 kV double-circuit transmission line have disadvantages,such as ice-induced composite insulator skirt short circuit and weak lightning protection.By installation of side-rod to improve the jumper lightning-proof,changing the jumper exit angle to improve insulator high voltage side field distribution,using U-shaped guyed suspension insulator string and strained insulator string of internal arc structure to avoid the core twisting with terminal hardware,changing the jumper to V shape to prevent dust,rain and icing flashovers,using composite insulators in strained insulator string to make the double-circuit phase-change towers free of cleaning,the electric model can be optimized.
