公轨双层大跨径钢桁架桥节点试验研究

摘    要:以上海闵浦二桥中的典型整体焊接节点为背景,采用节点模型进行了不同荷载工况下钢桁梁整体焊接节点受力全过程试验研究。研究显示:在设计荷载工况及超载工况下,节点安全可靠,满足规范要求;节点板的上弦杆与腹杆之间、左右腹杆之间的圆弧转角处出现一定的应力集中现象;上、下翼板的应力相比其他板件的要大。

Abstract:Taking the typical integral welded joint of Shanghai Minpu Bridge Ⅱ for example,an experimental study about steel truss girder integral welded joint stress whole process is completed under different load cases by use of node model in this paper.The results indicate that 1) the safety and reliability of the nodes can meet the requirements of relevant standards under the condition of the designed load case and the over-load case;2) stress concentration has appeared on the arc-shaped corners of upper chords & web members and right & left web members;3) the stress of top & bottom plates is bigger than other ones.
