| 摘 要： | 通过对模具企业面临问题的分析，探讨了模具企业生产过程的优化管理的思想，阐述了开发该优化管理系统所必须的功能组成；然后在此基础上，研究了基于实例的模具零件的加工工艺规划、生产现场的实时监控，以及车间作业计划的优化处理等关键技术；最后，介绍了如何采用J2EE模式实现系统的开发。

| Abstract: | The problems in mould companies are analyzed.The thought of optimal management of mould companies' production schedule is proposed.The essential functions of the optimal management system are presented.On this basis,its key technologies such as case-based process planning on mould parts,production scene monitoring,shop schedule optimizing,etc.are researched.How to adopt J2EE model in the development of this system is introduced. |
