| 摘 要： | 资源循环型住宅是一种全新的可持续性住宅,它更能体现建筑节能要求。从住宅全生命周期的角度出发,论述从策划立项、规划设计、建造施工、使用、拆除、处理、再生阶段的整个过程进行资源循环型住宅节能建设的要点和对策,对实现资源节约、环境友好型的社会和建筑节能要求具有深远的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | The resource circulation housing is a new kind of the sustainable housing,it can embody the request of building energy-saving much more.From the angle of entire life cycle,this paper discusses the energy-saving construction main point and measures of the resource circulation housing during its whole course of scheme and proposal,layout and design,build and construction,running,backout, disposal and regeneration.So it has far-reaching practical instructive meaning to realize the resource-saving and environment-friendly society and the building energy-saving. |
