某家禽屠宰废水处理工程改扩建实例

某家禽屠宰废水富含油脂、有机物和致病菌,设计采用溶气气浮-水解酸化-改良A²O-次氯酸钠消毒工艺对其进行处理,介绍了该工艺的流程、设计参数及运行效果。运行结果表明:出水COD、 BOD₅、 TN、 NH₃-N、TP等指标均可达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级B标准;工艺运行稳定,采用气提装置替代污泥泵、混合液回流泵,节约能耗;吨水运行成本为1.06元。

A case of reconstruction and expansion project of poultry slaughter wastewater treatment

As poultry slaughter wastewater is rich in oil,organic matters and pathogenic bacteria,a combined process of dissolved air flotation-hydrolytic acidification-improved A2O-sodium hypochlorite disinfection was adopted for the upgrading and reconstruction project of a slaughter house.The flow,design parameters and operation effect of the process were introduced.The operation results showed that COD,BOD5,TN,NH3-N,TP and other indicators of the effluent water could meet the requirement of level B grade 1 in GB/T 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.The process ran stably,air stripping device was used to replace sludge pump and mixed liquid reflux pump so as to reduce energy consumption and the operation cost was 1.06 yuan/ton.
