喷水织机送经规律虚拟测试方法及其分析

针对某喷水织机织造过程中出现开车稀密档现象,介绍一种利用虚拟送经量测试仪进行开车送经规律测试的方法.该测试仪可以准确测试织机开车时的送经量特性曲线,方便快速计算出织机的每纬送经量和送经直方图.另外,利用该测试仪提供的数据,对该喷水织机送经机构进行了分析,提出了改进方法.

Virtual Testing Method and Its Analysis of the Warp Let-off Motion on Water-jet Loom

Aim at the start mark of a water-jet loom during weaving,a virtual testing method to test the warp Let-off motion was introduced in this paper.The apparatus can accurately test the characteristic curve of the warp let-off motion during weaving and calculate the warp let-off value and the histogram per pick.Furthermore,based on testing results,the let-off mechanism of the water-jet loom was analyzed and the improving method was also introduced.
