Guest Editorial: Scanning the Issue

This special issue focuses on electric, hybrid and fuel cell vehicles. Almost all key issues and key technologies in electric, hybrid and fuel cell vehicles are covered, with a special focus on currently popular models of hybrid electric vehicles.
