晶体管噪声模型复相关系数与其内部噪声源的关系

摘    要:给出了晶体管噪声功率谱复相关系数的定义及其计算公式.并论证了它的三个基本性质,对复相关系数的实部和虚部在不同频段进行了理论分析。复相关系数的实测结果与理论分析相符合,从而可以根据晶体管内部噪声源的情况,对复相关系数γ的大小作出估计。

Abstract:in this paper the defination and calculation formulae of Complex CorrelationCoefficients(C.C.C) o noise power spectrum on transistor are given.and its threefundamental theorems are put forward and proved. The theoretical analysis of the realand imaginary parts of C. C. C. in different frequency bands is developed. And also thepractical measuring results of C. C.C on transistor are presented, which arc in accordance with the theoretical analysis and further provide theoretical basis for the conditions of internal noise sources of transistor to estimate the C.C.C.
