摘    要:针对电磁振动料斗固有频率易于漂移,从而使其偏离共振区,造成供料性能下降的问题,设计了一种数字调频振动料斗控制器;该控制器采用PIC16F876单片机作核心元件进行开发,通过压电片反馈的信号分析振幅和频率变化,运用数字调频脉冲对固有频率进行跟随,使电磁振动料斗稳定在共振区,并通过调节电压对振幅进行调节,使料斗达到最佳供料状态;该控制器已经在轴承保持架供料系统得到应用,实践证明所设计的控制器使供料系统的性能得到较大提高。
