综放面复杂火区治理及防二次氧化技术应用研究

摘    要:为有效治理易燃特厚煤综放面在末采铺网期间煤自燃火灾隐患,以潞新公司5243工作面为工程背景,理论和实践相结合分析了末采铺网期采空区自然发火的诱因,预测采空区3~5 m处为易自燃区域位置,并向预测危险区域施工钻孔,采取了灌注三相泡沫大范围覆盖包裹火区浮煤,注氮惰化、提高采空区压能,减少漏风和灌注液态CO2快速惰化降温的综合防治手段,且制定了火区启封后隔氧、惰化、覆盖降温为一体的防二次氧化措施。通过现场应用,实现封闭火区灾害的有效治理和安全启封,保障了工作面采煤设备及支架的回撤。

Abstract:In order to effectively control the hidden danger of coal spontaneous combustion in fully mechanized top coal caving face in flammable and extra thick coal seam during the net laying period at final mining stage,taking the 5243 working face of Luxin Company as the engineering background,the inducement of spontaneous combustion in the goaf during the net laying period at final mining stage was analyzed by theory and practice,and the location of spontaneous combustion area 3~5 m from working face in the goaf was predicted.Aiming at the predicted dangerous area,comprehensive control methods were adopted including constructing boreholes,filling three-phase foam to cover the float coal in fire area,nitrogen injecting and inerting to increase pressure energy of goaf,reducing air leakage and filling liquid CO2 for inerting and cooling;secondary oxidation prevention measures of oxygen isolation,inerting,covering and cooling after unsealing the fire area were developed.Through field application,the effective control and safe unsealing of closed fire area disaster were realized,and the withdrawal of mining equipment and supports in working face was guaranteed.
