| Abstract: | The paper discusses several special issu es on project land requisition and resident relocation,design of environmental protection and water&soil conservation for Yangtze River levee strengthening. An in-depth study is made on investigation method and accuracy of levee project 's material index,compilling principle for rural resident relocation planning ,project cost estimate analysis,design contents and cost estimate of environme ntal protection as well as water&soil conservation. |
