低梯粉状炸药专用蜡的研制

根据低梯粉状炸药专用蜡的质量指标，以石油蜡副产的含油蜡作为专用蜡的原料，在正交实验的基础上，利用DPS数据处理系统确定出低梯粉状炸药专用蜡的原料配比。在此基础上，加入3％复合剂A配制成低梯粉状炸药专用蜡。工业实验表明，各项指标完全符合低梯粉状炸药要求。利用副产的含油蜡研制低梯粉状炸药专用蜡成本较低，具有较强的市场竞争力，对我国石蜡基原油生产企业具有一定的推广意义。

Study on Preparation of Special Wax Used for Low TNT Pulverized Explosives

According to quality standard of special wax used for low TNT pulverized explosives, the byproduct oil bearing wax as the stuff of the special wax is selected. Based on orthogonal experiments, the raw materials formulation of special wax used for low TNT pulverized explosives is determined by using DPS data processing system. On the basis of these, 3% additive A is added to make up the special wax. Industrial test indicates that, all technical indexes meet the requirements of low TNT pulverized explosives. Using by product oil-bearing wax to produce special wax used for low TNT pulverized explosives has the advantages of low production cost and strong competition ability and has popularizing significance for enterprises of wax based crude oil production.
