缩合加氢法合成新戊二醇催化剂与生产工艺研究进展

摘    要:介绍了国内外新戊二醇生产技术与催化剂研究开发情况,着重介绍了缩合加氢法合成新戊二醇工艺技术、催化剂开发和代表当今国际先进水平的Eastman工艺流程的主要工艺参数。对缩合工艺尤其是加氢工艺的催化剂研究进行了总结和分析。提出了结合原料来源和国内市场分布情况在长江三角洲建立缩合加氢工艺生产新戊二醇工业装置和加强加氢催化剂国产化研究的建议。

Abstract:The situation of technology and catalysts used in production of neopentyl glycol were introduced. The stress was put on condensation - hydrogenation to produce neopentyl glycol, development of catalysts and main operation parameters in the most advanced Eastman process using condensation - hydrogenation method. The suggestion on setting up neopentyl glycol unit using condensation - hydrogenation in Delta of Yangtze River according to source of raw materials and distribution of product market , and doing more research work in hydrogenation catalysts was put forward.
