摘    要:监控管理系统可以对大型起重机械的工作状态进行监控,有效预防和减少安全事故.论文在分析了起重机械远程监控系统的结构和功能的基础上,提出了一种适合船用门式起重机的远程监控系统设计方案.通过OPC技术对门式起重机PLC控制数据进行采集,采用3G技术进行数据的传递,所开发的远程监控系统在多家造船企业得到了实际运用.

Abstract:Real-time monitoring and management system can monitor large lifting machinery working condition, can effectively prevent and reduce accidents. On the basis of the function and structure of the lifting machinery remote monitoring system present a suitable remote monitoring solution for the shipyard cranes. Software development is based on OPC technology, 3G technology and remote control technology, and the system has been successfitUy used in many shipyards.
