金属波纹管在连续采煤机油箱中的应用

摘    要:基于连续采煤机行走架内置分体油箱的设计,提出一种用金属波纹管连通油箱的结构,并对金属波纹管的结构进行设计.通过对金属波纹管的各个要素进行选取,计算得出金属波纹管的疲劳寿命符合设计要求.连续采煤机在生产中的成功使用,进一步证明了金属波纹管在油箱中的应用是可行的.

Abstract:Based on the design of the continuous miner walking flame built-in fission fuel tank, a tank with metal corrugated pipe connect- ing structure, and design the structure of metal bellows. Through the elements of metal bellows, calculates the fatigue life of metal bellows comply with the design requirements. Continuous miner in successful use in production, and further prove that the application of metal cor- rugated pipe in the fuel tank is feasible.
