| 摘 要： | 调查显示：就业难的大学生中高职毕业生所占比重较大。究其原因,毕业生就业难并不是单纯的人岗数量不匹配,很大一部分原因是由于就业主体和就业岗位之间存在结构性矛盾。通过对高职院校职业指导工作的现状分析,提出了高职院校职业指导工作的有效开展与推动的措施。
