精丙烯塔常规流程和热泵流程比较

摘    要:精丙烯塔的丙烯和丙烷沸点接近,所需的回流比大,可采用的流程有热泵流程和常规流程。由于塔底温度较低,常规流程中对热源温位要求不高,炼油厂其他装置富产的95℃的低温热水即可满足要求。针对精丙烯塔系统,从采用低温热水作热源的常规流程和热泵流程的工艺流程和主要操作参数出发,计算并汇总了两种流程的主要消耗和操作费用,对比了主要设备的投资,并对能耗进行了计算和分析,认为常规流程在操作费用方面有较大优势,每年可节省操作费用约1900×10~4 RMB$,具有较好的经济性。

Abstract:The boiling points of propylene and propane in propylene rectification tower were so close that the large reflux ratio was required.The available processes were the conventional flow and heat pump flow.
