加氢精制石脑油带水解决方案探讨

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司Ⅱ套加氢装置汽提塔采用单塔蒸汽汽提工艺,生产的精制石脑油带水严重,不符合乙烯原料对水含量的控制要求。为满足精制石脑油水质量分数低于300μg/g的要求,分阶段逐步停用蒸汽汽提,改用氢气汽提。结果表明:用氢气汽提后,精制石脑油水质量分数仅为20μg/g。

Abstract:As the single-tower steam stripping process was applied for 2 naphtha hydrotreater stripper in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd.,water was carried over with hydrotreated naphtha,which could not meet the required specifications for water.To reduce the water in hydrotreated naphtha to lower than 300 ppm,the steam stripping was gradually replaced by hydrogen stripping,which has successfully reduced the water in hydrotreated naphtha to 20 ppm.
