| 摘 要： | 某公司2台沸腾炉经过10年的运行，先后出现耐火砖内衬开裂或脱落、钢壳体局部变形等问题，分析了问题产生的原因并采取高压喷涂修复技术对耐火砖内衬进行修复，修复后2台沸腾炉运行情况良好，使用寿命大大延长。对沸腾炉检查及修复提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | After 10 years of operation, local falling and cracking of firebrick liner and local deformation of steel shell of two fluidized bed roasters in a company had emerged. The cause of the problems were analyzed and high- pressure spraying technology was used to repair firebrick liner. After repair, the two fluidized bed roasters run well and service life was significantly extended. Some suggestions about inspection and repair of fluidized bed roaster are made. |
