| 摘 要： | 以昆山市锦溪镇祝家甸村庄规划为例,阐述了以解决村庄实际问题、促进村庄特色发展为导向的村庄规划思路,形成了一套让农民看的懂的规划编制成果,制定了产业特色发展行动计划和风貌特色提升行动计划,让村庄走上差异化、特色化发展道路,使村民积极融入村庄发展并长期受益。

| Abstract: | Taking the village planning at Zhujiadian of Jinxi town of Kunshan city as the example, the paper illustrates forms the planning compil- ation results for farmers guided hy the village planning ideas for solving village prublems and enhancing featured development of villages, and makes industrial featured development schedules and profile features to enhance the action plans, to differentiate village development and charac- terize the development ways, so as to involve villagers into the village development and gain benefits. |
