球笼式等速万向节内部接触应力的有限元分析

摘    要:通过三维重构技术建立轿车球笼式等速万向节的三维模型,并应用ANSYS软件对其承受极限转矩时的内部接触应力进行有限元分析,最后对比两种极限工况的数值解.结果表明,球笼式等速万向节内滚道接触应力大,易于磨损,疲劳寿命短.

Abstract:A 3D model tbr a ball-cage type constant velocity joint of car was developed with 3D re-croated technology. An elastic contact of the joint parts was analyzed using ANSYS software. Through the analysis the inner contact stross between the parts of the joint when it endures limit torque was obtained. The results in the two kinds of contacting situations of the joint were compared and discussed. The results indicate that the maximum contact stress appears on the inner raceway, and serious wear and fatigue of the metal easily occur on the inner raceway.
