| 摘 要： | 铜合金厚壁铸件,根据其形状可分为常见形状厚壁铸件和异常形状厚壁铸件,前者与后者相比,铸造工艺规律性较强.根据多年的生产实践经验,借助计算机凝固模拟分析技术,对典型的常见形状厚壁铸件进行分类,并给出了较为成熟的铸造工艺模式.

| Abstract: | The copper alloy thick-walled casting acts according to its shape to be possible to divide into the common shape thick-walled casting and the unusual shape thick-walled casting,the former and the latter compare,the foundry technique regularity is strong.According to many years production practice experience,coagulates the simulation analysis technology with the aid of the computer,carries on the classification to the model common shape thick-walled casting,and has given the mature foundry technique pattern. |
