摘 要: | 捣固装置作业时,通过激振与夹持动作的共同作用使道砟变得密实。激振使道砟处于运动状态,但激振同样干扰与之相连的夹持液压缸的油压稳定。在ADAMS中建立机械系统多体动力学模型,并与AMEsim中的液压系统模型进行联合仿真。分析激振对于夹持液压缸的干扰力,激振干扰力对夹持液压缸的油压影响以及蓄能器在油压稳定中所起的作用。结果表明,合理地选择蓄能器可以减小激振干扰力对油压稳定的干扰作用,使激振与夹持作用能有效合成,从而更好地密实道砟。

Abstract: | During the operation of a tamping device, co-operation of both vibration-exciting and clamping makes the ballast compact. The exciting makes the ballast move while it is interfering in the oil pressure stability of hydraulic clamping cylinder connected with it.
