| 摘 要： | 针对苏北地区既有住宅建筑能耗普遍较大问题,对该地区气候特征、建筑热环境、既有建筑围护结构的热工性能进行了分析研究,构建了既有建筑节能改造新体系的系统结构.通过热工测试取得了室内温度对比数值,对热源及室内外供热系统改造提出了改进设想,并制定了既有住宅建筑节能改造的技术措施.研究结果表明,既有建筑节能改造的总节能率达59%,用于节能改造的投入控制在现时同类建筑造价的9%以内,为既有建筑节能改造奠定了重要基础.

| Abstract: | An energy-saving scheme has been worked out through in-depth investigation into the climate condi- tions,environments and enclosure structure of the existing dwellings in Northern Jiangsu province,and techni- cal measures have also been proposed for saving energy as well.Test results show that after the reconstruction, the general energy-saving rate goes up to 59 percent and its cost is controlled within 9 percent of the cost of similar construction. |
