变压器出厂声级见证检测试验技术研究

摘    要:为了通过变压器出厂声级见证检测试验,获取相对准确的变压器在未来变电站设计负载下运行产生的噪声值,笔者根据黑龙江省电网变压器运行的实际情况,阐述了变压器检测工况的选择及其试验方法,确定了变压器声级检测条件,并通过检测及计算实例,证明了变压器的检测试验结果符合制造厂家对变压器出厂声级见证检测试验工况及其检测结果.

Abstract:In order to pass through the delivery sound level witness testing technology for transformer and to acquire the relatively accurate noise value for transformer in the future designed load operation of power station, the author expounds, according to the practical situation of transformer operation in Heilongjiang grid, the selection of testing working conditions and experiment method, determines the testing condition on transformer sound level, and verifies through turer on the testing and calculation example that the result of testing is in accordance with the requirement of manufac- working condition and testing result of delivery sound level witness testing technology for transformer.
