高速整体硬质合金铣刀的变形与应力分析

摘    要:利用有限元软件Ansys8.0分析离心力和切削力对小直径整体硬质合金铣刀变形和应力分布的影响。研究表明,切削力是影响小直径整体硬质合金铣刀变形大小和应力水平高低的决定性因素,优化切削用量各参数与切削力间的关系,可以在保证铣刀不发生明显弯曲变形和折断的前提下,提高金属去除率和切削效率。

Abstract:The effects of the centrifugal forces and the cutting forces on deformations and stress distributions of the milling cutters were analyzed by means of commercial finite element software Ansys8.0.Research results indicate that the cutting forces are the decision factors affecting the deformations and stress distributions of small-diameter solid cemented carbide milling cutters.Optimization of relationship between the cutting parameters and the cutting forces was benefit to improve metal removal rate and machining efficiency under the premise that the large deformations or the break of the small-diameter solid cemented carbide milling cutters could not be permitted to occur.
